About Talcoe
A standing practice,
not another vendor.
Talcoe is an AI automation agency for mid market service businesses in the New York metropolitan region. We build the systems that fix the operational clog in a business, then we operate them as a standing monthly arrangement. Not a project. Not a SaaS subscription. A relationship.
The work, plainly
Most mid market service businesses do not have a growth problem. They have a clog. Slow lead response, dropped follow ups, dormant customers that never get spoken to again, manual paperwork that eats the owner's evenings, invisible reporting that means nobody can answer "how did last week go" without a meeting.
Our work starts with a thirty minute conversation that names the clog. The first system goes live in twenty one days. Then we operate that system, monitor it, optimize it, and add the next one when the first is steady. The aim is to take the parts of running a business that have always required another person and let them require instead a small standing arrangement and a few well built machines.
The catalog
Twenty named operators. Eighteen are converged and running in production. Two are still being refined. Each one replaces a discrete piece of operational work and is sold as part of one of three standing tiers.

Talcoe is founded and operated by Mohammed Usama. Previously building Submission IQ, a vertical AI underwriter for commercial insurance. Talcoe applies the same engineering discipline to the operational layer of service businesses.
Direct contact with the builder is part of every tier. Second Standing includes a weekly working session. Third Standing includes a quarterly strategic review and first call on every new capability we build.
