Privacy Policy

Who we are

Talcoe is an AI automation agency for service businesses in the New York metropolitan region. This policy describes what information we collect through talcoe.com, how we use it, and the commitments we make when we operate systems on behalf of clients. Questions go to hello@talcoe.com.

What we collect

Inquiries. If you contact us through the site, we receive the name, email address, company, and message you provide. This is delivered to us as email and used only to respond to you.

Bookings. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects the name, email, and scheduling details you enter, under its own privacy policy, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.

Site analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which reports aggregated, anonymized page statistics. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. We run no advertising pixels on talcoe.com.

How we use information

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, schedule and hold conversations, deliver contracted services, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers below.

Service providers

The site runs on Vercel (hosting and analytics). Inquiry email is delivered through Resend. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service to us.

Social platform data

When a client authorizes us to manage their social media presence through platform APIs such as Meta's Instagram Graph API, we access account information, content, and publishing capabilities solely to provide the services that client has contracted. We do not sell platform data, we do not use it for advertising of our own, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Data deletion. To request deletion of any data we hold that originated from a social platform, or to revoke our access entirely, email hello@talcoe.com with the account in question. We will confirm deletion within 30 days. You can also revoke access at any time from the platform itself (for Meta: Settings → Apps and Websites).

Client data in operated systems

For the systems we build and operate on behalf of clients, the client owns the data. We never train AI models on client data. Marketing messages sent by systems we operate capture consent before sending, and opt outs are honored. When an engagement ends, client data is returned or deleted at the client's direction.

Retention

Inquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship, then deleted. Aggregated analytics contain no personal information and may be retained indefinitely.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@talcoe.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes affecting active clients are communicated directly.
